He's a differential specialist assigned to the decade of 2000-2010 I assume. Since he is speaking of another reality (Hillary Clinton as president), then we are not sure what exactly he is trying to tell us just yet. Not to mention, that technically we are reading this in 2011 and not 2009...

ETA: perhaps this catastrophe has already been averted, or at least altered, because Hillary Clinton did not go on to be president, etc....

i think he messed up somehow and now hes trying to cover his butt by getting us to do his work for him. stupid future differential specialist, cant do anything right. they cant even post a simple page without causing glitches.

10-1 they use the excuse of "having to use primitive technology" or some such, when they just dont know what they are doing.

Aside from being Disinformation which it most likely is, the ad has room for innocence.

Here's what I found:

The "Toroidal museum" does not exist however it may be code for learning about Toroidal coils which are used in every transformer throughout the power grid.

This is relevent to the theme of the ad because these are basically what would fry in the event of a Magnetic flare from the sun, causing power outages on a global scale. And we all know what would happen then, chaos.

Another interpretation could be that a revised or updated toroidal coil is a key component to the new technology the ad insists on declaring evident, the ability to travel through time.

All in all, this is most likely Disinformation. Its poor craftsmanship and illogical placement (on the internet) give it away. Would time travelers sneak ads on random pages? I wouldn't know.

In numberology, often the 11 is associated with electricity, fire, and anything illuminating (shiny)...
