I looked at the source code and at the VERY end is this...

now, the interesting thing is the image is a 1px X 1px wgite gif, and I suspect is why there is a white outline around the last post in that thread. I have never seen a white box around a post, is this a clue?

I found one thread with a date 12/3/77 but it was about birthdays. I also tried several thread numbers without any luck. Any ideas?

I noticed that too... but here's something I just noticed and I'm not sure if anyone else has. TPE adjustments all use a combination of 6 numbers and/or letters. Each page is 6 number/letters dash 6 number/letters. Connection to anything?

maybe and I was looking at the page we found, which may be the last page... its 561000-000165. starting from the - would make it exactly the same sequence like ENIGMA-AMGINE meaning my about code would actually be E=0 and D=3

Yes, that was the page that got me thinking on that correlation. Here's all the TPE reference numbers I could find on the revealed pages:

That would make sense! You reverse it after the dash. So 303030-030303.

SO keeps mentioning we will need all the pages to solve the puzzle, and I believe thats because there is a code hidden in them

Ok, who is Robert? He's not listed in the re-cap cast of characters yet he's mentioned several times in the papers. There's a line: meet.robert.today.4pm.east.7th.floor.break.room which looks like the format for the next two clues.

There was also a clue on twitter that was 10< - >30 (or something similar) but it pretty much said what numbers more than 10 and less than 30... well if you reword between 10 and 30, you instantly think 20 as its halfway...which also happens to be the number of pages on the site (counting the 2 blank) I think there are 20 pages and then we need to find them all, order them and decode the number/letters to get the final step... then someones getting a shiny IPAD

Has anyone searched ATS for those Codes?

I searched the first one. Came up with only one result and when i tried clicking on the link, I got a 404 error.

Here's what the search returned....
