What do the --- and ---- signs(thats 3 red stripes and 4 red stripes) under names stand for?

Is it what shows when a member is banned? Or does it mean something else?

I was asking because in the David Rockefeller thread, theres 4 or 5 different people, all with the sign of the banned under their name

Are there instructions on creating an Avatar? I just tried loading an image and was told the image was too large. What are the restrictions? Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!

Hit the Tutorial link under the World Clock. Itll tell you everything you need to know.

BTW...its 160x320px and 75KB

160x320 no larger than 75k and you can use jpg,gif and animated gifs.
