Silver Mercury fillings are very toxic to some people.
Also aluminum is put into foods and that is also toxic.
Real Yoga is not something you can do. It is something you
find that you are already doing. It proceeds by Grace.

Any other books that you read will only lead you in
circles.
However Real Yoga has been of benefit to me. But it will not
eliminate the stress or fix the brain circuits that are damaged.
It will give you
a sense of detachment and bliss. It also gives you a
sense OF SINGLE POINTED CONSCIOUSNESS.
Which in case you are having an anxiety attack
IS NOT NECESSARILY WHAT YOU WANT.
True yoga does give you some more control of
the thinking mind.
Stress and anxiety are closely related. And
once you have anxiety, like PTSD, it
has created its damaged brain paths.
Stress reduction is a good plan.
Some drugs such as clonidine used for high
blood pressure will slow down your heart rate,
though they have side effects. This slower heart
will be a positive effect.
