In addition to the theories you mentioned there's also a theory that the Ark is housed in the myriad passages below the Temple Mount (the Temple Mount now houses the Muslim "Dome of the Rock" shrine, but is believed to be the site of the 1st and 2nd temples). It's my understanding that the Jews believe the Ark is still there and in fact know exactly where it is, and that they would love to extract it. But they obviously can't because the Muslims control the Temple Mount and absolutely would not allow the Jews to do any digging in, under or around it. Some believe that in the End Times the Jews will regain control of the Temple Mount and will extract the Ark from the underground passages. The Bible foretells that the Jews will build a 3rd temple, and interestingly, the Jews have quietly been fabricating all of the priestly garments and gold temple appurtenances for many years now and have also been training the temple priests. Basically they have everything ready to resume temple worship, they just need to build the temple itself. There are also rumors that they have prefabricated portions of the temple itself, if so then construction could take place rather quickly. The Temple Institute has a web site here: www.templeinstitute.org... They have pictures of all of the temple appurtenances and priestly garments that they've already fabricated. Many Christians are aware of the prophecies regarding the 3rd temple, but have no idea how far the Jews have already moved towards this goal.

Regarding the theory that the Ark was destroyed, this is highly unlikely. The Jews considered it the most sacred and holy relic of all, and they went to great lengths to protect it. If they thought there was any chance it would be taken, they would have moved it into hiding before the threat arrived. When the Romans sacked Jerusalem in 70 AD, when they entered the inner temple they reported that it was completely empty. All the temple implements had been removed and hidden and remain hidden to this day. It is unknown if the Ark was hidden along with the implements, there is debate over whether the Ark was ever in the 2nd temple at all. But, it is clear that the temple priests were quite good at hiding things if a threat was approaching and whether the Ark was hidden during the 1st or 2nd temple era is immaterial, the bottom line is that it was indeed hidden.

There's another theory that it's buried in Giza, perhaps under the Sphinx. It's an interesting theory because there are rumors that foreign bearded men came to Egypt to assist in the design and construction of the pyramid complex.

Yes. all you say about the Third Temple is true. It is all in place.

Myths and stories abound as to the Ark and its whereabouts. I know the Jews would have gone to any extreme lengths to protect it. A great mystery!

Wallis Budge. he was the head of egyptian antiquities in the early 1900's. he also translated the 'egyptian book of the dead' excellent teacher!

Thank, my friend. That will interest me very much. I'll look it up and read it.

I'll look you up after and let you know.

Really, thanks for that. This is what ATS is all about. I love learning from others.

This thread is really good. Lots of good info all round here. I wish it could get more flags to get it up there a bit. I think it needs a wider readership!

Very excited to read that. Next on the list when it arrives. Thanks for telling me about it.

C'mon Bro! You are not giving any intellectual input in this thread. You can't just slate others. Faith is for those who find it useful. It isn't everyone's cup of tea, but cut us some slack.

One thing I have learnt is that you can't change another's mind unless they want to change it. We just got to live side by side for now, all faiths, denominations and beliefs. There's plenty of room.

I tend to think that the Ark of the Covenant was grabbed by a bunch of looters, the holy contents dumped on the ground, the gold stripped off, and the wooden box burned or smashed to a million pieces. That kind of thing happens all the time.

Otherwise, what happened to these things:

Capstone of Great Pyramid
Tomb of Moses
Mummy of Alexander the Great

1 the Ark guardians live very short lives after they assume guardianship of the Ark
2 they have used the Ark in 2 wars and won them
3 Hancock himself has interviewed 2 or 3 Ark guardians about their symptoms, as he in his job as a foreign corespondent frequently found himself in the area in which the Ark is kept

interesting interview

Hmmmm; Might The Lord not be dealing unto them His Wrath for treading where Angels don't go and telling porky pies (lies) and worshipping idols at the centre of Ethiopian Christianity? There is a warning about not tampering with true Scripture at the end of Revelations. Could also be Radon gas like we get here in Cornwall, UK, from all the tin mining that went on here that allowed the gas to escape. People die here of cancer relating to that. There are even radon detectors in many homes here.

I don't think 'god" exercises 'wrath" in this context, theire are plenty of biblically documented examples of deaths and illness just like the ones Hancock describes. Evidently whatever the Ark is or was it is fatal to it's keepers no matter what the precautions taken to protect them are. I think Hancock could be right about this, his is the closest eyewitness evidence of it that we have, delivered from a unique perspective of having the opportunity and the powers of observance to follow his curiosity about what exactly is going on in this odd little forgotten shrine. I don't have a definitive position on this subject but i lean this way for the reasons I've given, Wrath of God notwithstanding.

I'm not an expert or anything but I have a feeling it was buried on Oak Island in Nova Scotia after the Knights Templar fled mainland Europe. The time line seems perfect and the island is one of the first you hit if you set sail from the UK west, also the pit is so well made it would have taken some serious expertise.

The Ark is not lost.

A cooper scroll detailing the inventory of the temple at Jerusalem was found along with the Dead Sea Scrolls. This cooper scroll also detailed the hidden locations of the Temple Treasure.

To make a long story short... The Ark was discovered in Iraq in the early Ninetys (I saw the news broard cast on T.V. with my own eyes). Because Saddam refused to turn the Ark over to the Americans... The first Gulf War ensued. Our stubborn friend Saddam had the 14 kilometers of tunnels leading to the Ark filled with concrete.

That was the last I heard of it. It may be still there it may not.

There was/is "The Staff of Aaron", the "Ten Commandments", and Manna from God in the Ark. Manna is the power source... Look into Mono-atomic Gold. I've always wondered why Gold is sooo valuable to people, and wondered why we see it as soooo important.

The High Priests would fast only ingesting Mono-atomic Gold, with Gold being an almost perfect Semiconductor they would become one themselves of sort. Charged particles of Mono-atomic Gold create a Meisner Field which would explain why only the High Priests could approach the Ark (two Meisner Fields can interact with each other with out discharge or catastrophic failure of the Fields), along with it's mysterious powers as a weapon, and ability to levitate.

Research shows many health benefits to ingesting MA-gold, including the possibility of an extended lifespan. I believe Moses was one of the few that was taught how to produce MA-Gold (how long did he live?).

In the Egyptian Book of the Dead, it talks of achieving human divinity in part by fasting and ingesting only the "what is it" (MA-Gold).

Gold in Mono-atomic is a whitish powdery substance that when hydrated resembles spit, ie. "They ate of the Spittle of God". It was provided through Moses to his people in the Exodus called the name "Manna", the "Perfect Food".

If you buy into the Annuanuki (sp?) stories the rabbit hole goes even deeper. They needed Gold to "repair their Atmosphere". I think the Gods of old passed down the knowledge of MA-Gold to a select group of humans that were "made in their image", this is where we got the "Bluebloods" (our ruling class). We were created here to mine Gold for them. This is the only way I can tie it all together, this is why we have this perceived idea that Gold is soooo valuable. Wasn't Moses a follower of Enlil?

These are just a few of the ideas that I have tied together when researching, The Ark, Gold, Ancient Egypt, Sumeria, Creation, Religion, and Nibriu. I'm not sure I believe it all myself, but the math just seems to work out in my mind.

interesting read on the helexandria site it has crossed my mind that one of the properties of monotomic gold is this extra dimensional travel thing so if the Ark is that important to God then god can hide it between dimensions if god wants to

The staff of Moses is supposedly on display at the Topkapı Palace, Istanbul, Turkey. And the ark of the covenant never held the staff. The staff it did contain was Aaron’s rod (Aaron was his brother) which supposedly caused the plagues in egypt. It also contained a gold pot holding mana and of course 2 tablets.

Ps something else Aarons rod seems to have the power over plans and animals and Moses rod seem to have the power over water like when he causes a spring to appear or parts the red sea. Something i noticed as a kid because i all ways wondered if there was a third to control the sky.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say....

...Westboro Baptist Church traded Ethiopia some "God Hates Food" signs for the Ark of the Covenant.
