I thought Greys only drive Hayabusas on the interstate?

The thing is that it isn't being totally overlooked. The tinfoil hat brigade is onto it. (had a buddy that wore that for 1 day. He swears that cooks your brains.

In our state, off duty police are hired for everything. Law wants them to drive their popo cars everywhere. So, while this is not LAW, this is the practice in this state. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a similar situation. Besides, cops dfon't do the traffic all the time, but they will randomly enough down here that I don't think much of it.

Oh, I agree. I just didn't think of a giant Earth drill because I see far less of those.

I'd have gone with satellite dish, but drill bit is a better observation.

It's a covered satellite dish. You don't tote those around without covering them. Trucks go over 70.edit on 20-9-2011 by CynicalDrivel because: (no reason given)
How heavy is a satellite dish of that size? I don't know. I know some of the really big older ones look to be made out of cement. That's not light. A lot of the ones we got now (much smaller) are some mesh metal things. Very lightweight for their size. I spent some time looking it up, didn't find anything on actual weight. But if it's made of cement, at that size, it would be carried on that type of truck bed, very likely.

Only the newer ones. I know that in 2010 NASA gave a report that they were going to be refitting one of the deep space ones that is this huge honking metal one (THAT I did come across in looking it up). Besides, if you don't want to pay a technician to put it together, you assemble it and keep it that way for transport. So I don't know.

My guess is that it is an object that needs to be whole during transport, maybe it was never meant to require transport in the first place. Satellite dish doesn't quite fit that description as they are assembled in sections.

It's with great sorrow that I must tell you all what's really going on in this picture. I feel like I'm spoiling the fun.
As I'm sure many are aware, we're in a bit of a water crisis in Southern Nevada. With population growing, people moving out west, and 3 states fighting for rights to the Colorado River's water supply, the Southern Nevada Water District, Las Vegas Valley Water District, and other area authorities are working on a project to drill a 3rd straw, which will pull water from a lower point in Lake Mead. The water level has dropped over 200 feet in just 10 years, threatening to make one of the straws unusable, as it will be either too close to the surface (don't want any swimmers or jetski's getting sucked in), or actually ABOVE the surface.
That truck is heading northeast on I15, to an area east of Lake Mead. What you see on that truck is a drill-bit for the drilling rig that is making it's way from what will be a treatment plant to the straw point at Lake Mead.
At the 3:30 mark, you can see the drilling rig, that's actually already been disassembled, lowered into the shaft, and then reassembled for drilling.
Sorry for the bad news, y'all.
Edit: Well, for whatever reason, it won't let me post a reply with a link to a video...but you can simply search "Lake Mead 3rd Straw" and read about it on Las Vegas Review Journal's website.

I'm not sure what this is, my friend sent me the pictures of it. It looks like some sort of ufo or meteor being transported somewhere by a bunch of cops your guess is as good as mine. Earlier today my friend had told my he saw a meteor/ufo in the sky and then later around 6 pm a different friend sent me these pictures. It looks as if it is covered by a tarp and if they are heading north on the I-15 in Las Vegas which is the direction where area 51 is towards. Once again these are all just speculations your guess is as good as mine
EDIT: A lot of people are taking this as a joke i would of liked some more serious answers as to what it could be.
It was also leaving las vegas.
These are the only pictures i have and they were taken from a cellphone. I also can't find any information on it.
here are the links I dont know how to post pictures
