Ok These are Super Easy and ZOMFG Delicious...
Ingredients:
Thick Bone in Center Cut Pork Chops
The Rub:
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Minced Garlic
(yes it sounds like too much garlic it's not)
The Glaze (per Chop):
1 Tbl Dijon Mustard
1 Tbl Jack Daniels
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
Process:
Warm up your grill to medium heat..
The Rub: Apply salt, black pepper and garlic powder to both sides of the chop.. Be sure to press (aka rub) the seasoning into the meat so it sticks.
Place 1/2 tsp of minced garlic to both sides spreading evenly and again pressing (or rubbing) into the meat so it sticks.
The Glaze:
In a separate bowl mix the glaze together in the specified amount per chop.
Cooking:
Using a grill brush (or basting brush) apply the glaze to one side of the chops and then place them on the grill glaze side down on the hot side of
the grill. Apply the glaze to the top of the chops.. Flip once you get a nice sear and repeat by adding a nice layer of glaze to the top.. Repeat
until the chops are cooked all the way through.. You will most likely run out of glaze before the process is over.. Do not fret it's job is already
done.
