Worries of Mega-Tsunami ! 720 Earthquakes On El Hierro In One Week

Sometimes, when someone responds immediately with what appears to be a factual scientific dismissal of a claim, all that is really being posted is an alterior argument to the negative merely as disinformation in order to kill a line of thought before it gets going.
Google is thy friend.
The disinfo game is like playing poker...

Indeed

however many members including myself have disproven the Tsunami from the canary islands on ATS many many years ago, on ATS, in fact 2 weeks after the initial "Horizon" programme and the work of Dr Oxford Panama Hat postulated it, lol.

Its not going to happen, or even if one side flanks the Tsunami would have no where near the energy/wavelegth to do what was postulated.
Two things about disinfo to learn here and facts.

Phage is not the font of Knowledge, and not the seminal point.

Also indeed search in all its forms not just google is thy friend.

Kind Regards,

Elf

Thanks. Indeed the link was added when they said they had evacuated 300 but they finally only evacuated 53, though they are now preparing for further evacuations. Even the military have been displaced to install an evacuation shelter for 2.000 people (though only for the event that it could be needed).

Of course, the evacuation is only a precaution as nothing happened yet, but the authorities are doing their best to evacuate before a "possible" landslide, major earthquake or volcano eruption takes place.

It is good that they are monitoring the situation so closely.

There is no mention of the possibility of a catastrophic landslide. The area evacuated is at the base of a cliff, not a good place to be when there is an earthquake.

Well, I agree with you as I also have not been able to find information on a catastrophic landslide. They only mention the possibility of a landslide within the area that has been evacuated. That´s the reason they give for the evacuation.

But, don´t worry. I think they are doing a good job and am sure that they are monitoring the area closely and will warn in advance if they suspected a massive landslide, major earthquake or volcano eruption was going to take place.

There is no evidence of a Canary Islands eruption producing a 100 meter tsunami

The claim is that a mega-tsunami could be created by a landslide on La Palma island, not El Hierro. The claim is disputed. www.lapalma-tsunami.com...

Thanks for the link, I won't bother following that theory any more then
