Never lay down when you can sleep. Lets start this out by admitting im drunk and i use firefox with spell check. I really wish i had been alive during world war 2. I would have give anything for this country at one time. Forgive me for being southern and patriotic.
I have an enlarged heart so I cant serve this country, it is very frustrating. I played sports in high school, college and "minor league" sports, why cant I serve this country by joining the Marines, I tried the army as well.I wish I had been alive during world war 2 so my life wasent a waste.

Glad you are proud of your country, but there are other things you can do than be a "war hero".
Honestly, there are plenty of things that you could do that would be a whole hell of a lot more good for you and your fellow man than becoming a soldier. No offense to soldiers. I support them.
Obviously you are having some sort of issue, I hope you get some help.
But, understand, you don't need to killa bunch of Nazis to live a worthwhile life.
Go volunteer at a soupkitchen or become a big brother.

I guess I never got this hate for America. Even if it IS "bad" it's still the "prettiest of the ugly girls".

I am already part of everything I can be without being a Soldier. It is just not the same, I much rather have died fighting for what I believe in then sitting on the sideline watching

That's why my three jobs for the future were: Writer, Psychologist or Mortician, Notice how I picked jobs with a purpose. In the end all three are helping people in a way I guess.

In fact how can you even compare a country that has only existed a few hundred years to civilizations that have helped mould the human species.. What an ignorant statement! (either that or you know very little about human history)

I dont see why anyone would actually wish they had been part of any war.
