Are you serious? A question on auditing and ending the fed and Ron Paul isn't asked? This is ridiculous.

Yeah...that guy served a floater over the plate for RP.

We will see if he can stand out...this is his chance.

I saw your OP title and switched it on. The first thing I noticed was
Romney making a funny little quip. Audience laughs out loud and silences quickly. Romney went on.
Perry then made a funny little reply. Audience laughs out loud and silences quickly. Perry goes on.
Paul is asked a question and replies with a funny little quip and the audience laughed out loud and quickly becomes quiet.

Laugh tracks at a tea party political debate? Probably not. But much more likely the audience is being prompted by a prompter. I could be wrong here and would like to hear from anyone who might have been there.
And this is not to point fingers at the tea party. Have any of us been to any of these debates? Dem or Repub?

Quite ridiculous. Instead, nearly all the questions keep going back to PERRY after candidates are asked questions, very frustrating.

Alright... Now it's starting to turn into the Romney, Bachman, Perry show. I hope this doesn't turn into the joke that the MSNBC debate was. :/

I wish the candidates would stop trying to see who can be the funniest. Just answer the damn questions.

"It'll be an issue until your generation gets active and finds a leader who deals with debt in the 2012 election."

I'm 18 and have found that leader, Ron Paul!!!!

...And I have friends who are the same way.

They're completely ignoring Paul, he's only spoken like twice, maybe 3 times, no more than like 15-20 seconds a piece. If it isn't obvious that they don't want him to win, I don't know the definition of obvious. Time Warner owns CNN so that is where they are getting the marching orders from. Now you just need to find out TW's affiliations etc. and you have your answer

Is it just me, or do most of the people asking question look stoned?

Ummm...did I misunderstand Huntsman.

He said something like: Corporations can afford to have lobbyist...so let's cut their taxes.

HUH? If they can afford lobbyists...doesn't that mean they have enough money to pay MORE taxes?

And Newt just spread some mis-information about GE not paying taxes...idiot.

There was a good question, "How much of every dollar do I deserve to keep." The other candidates didn't focus so much on percentages. I wanted them to ask Ron Paul and he'd say "You get to keep what you earn!" The applause would have been great. Maybe he brings it up next time they talk to him.

I think he wants to eliminate lobbyist influence and lower their taxes to compensate. Lobbyists generally have the effect of allowing the government to put that particular lobbyist's company in a better competitive position and they generally make more money.
