I salvaged this reel of film from a TV station that used to sign of with it during the 1960s.
Could have been. This particular print was used in Alabama, but who knows how many other stations had the same footage.

The question mark would be there because it's in the lyrics:

It's a question being posed at the end of the song. In modern english it would be, "Is the flag still waving over the land of the free and the home of the brave?"
