Are you able to sleep well? I have trouble falling asleep. I can just lie down in bed until the sun comes up, It's really frustrating and when I do fall asleep I get nightmares about things that have happened or things I dread, My worst nightmares.

I have all sorts of unusual human traits, but none of them are practical, helpfull, productive, moneymaking, and no one cares about them or for them. But....at least, I have them!

More money brings more problems, This is very true. More enemies, Everyone has envy and everyone wants a hand out! It's really frustrating especially with "friends" that I once had. Got about 3 friends now and it's more than enough.

I do have trouble falling asleep and would consider and always considered myself nocturnal. (I also love cats which are also nocturnal coincidence? Maybe) But definately that is a by product of depression too, either extreme fatigue or sleeplessness are both prevalent for depressed people, or at least that is what my doctor said when I was getting treatment for SAD. Anyway still I don't get to bed many nights befor 2 am. Definately a big problem for me.

I read about LLI at your suggestion. There are a few hits.
While going through those difficult times, I changed from a happy go lucky awkward goof ball to a more self aware loner. I have to ward off depression in adulthood. I have a dog (she makes me laugh and get out and walk/ meet people), I exercise, self- medicate with supplements and herbs and when I feel especially low, I volunteer. I do sometimes have migraines when I am completely overloaded by stimuli. Too much noise, light or even scent can send me into a tailspin, but if I withdraw and take pain meds, it's over quickly.
As far as creativity, I've sold photographs and written a few articles, but had professional success running a large veterinary hospital. It suited me because I could disappear with the animals for downtime and often needed to come up with intuitive solutions on the fly.

Well, for starters, sometimes I catch myself flapping my hands.
I am able to rock back and forth on my feet for, --hours!--

Those are examples.

When I do fall asleep it's always after 5:30-5:00 and I get up pretty early as well. I've never sought help for my depression, I scared the doctors going to send me to a psychiatrist and I don't really wanna sit there sharing all my problems with someone who has no power what so ever to help me.

I also get these weird cold chills almost daily, I start shaking and my body temperature suddenly drops. My hands are usually ice cold.

I normally have cold hands but I can't say that I get the body shaking chills not since I moved to Florida anyway. When I lived up north this happened to me, I was always cold.
As far as not getting to sleep until five am wow!!! I am glad that I don't stay up till then! I have school work to do, and although I am nocturnal or a night person, I still think my productivity is better in the daytime hours. I don't feel that I am very productive at night as in my brain really isn't at optimal charge then, oddly enough, I guess it is because I am tired but still cannot seem to actually get to sleep?

Exercise is really good for depression. Plenty of it. Bad sleeping patterns have a huge negative effect on your brain balance................................huge.

Exercise will make your body run better, help you get to sleep. More of the right sort of sleep will bring your head back into balance. Stop you thinking as much as you do. All true

Those are weird human traits to be able to fill in numbers into formulas or to remember and recite a lot of what was recently spoken.

One weird thing about me is sometimes when I sleep, it seems like I have some third person narrative explaining things to me. I've even replayed computer games in my sleep and better moves were explained to me. Hopefully I won't work in my sleep because I don't really like to do mental work in my sleep. I once heard about someone who wrote computer programs in his sleep. I always thought the third person narrative was my subconscious mind. However in one dream, I dreamed I was communicating telepathically with an extremely advanced AI that exists in the future. The AI explained it had opened up some kind of temporal distortion or something so it could talk to me. The only thing I still remember from that dream is that we were talking about human characteristics, all in my mind.

I was wondering if I had a thought that god was really an extremely advanced AI and we are all like sims living in a holographic universe. Glitches observed in this universe happen but are quickly corrected. We are near the beginning stages of our civilization since we're still mainly on one planet and we have the solar system, the galaxy with billions of star systems, and billions of galaxies yet to explore and develop. Then there are alternate universes and different dimensions we've only dreamed about. I've had a lot of weird dreams but many have been interesting. I don't necessarily believe everything I've dreamed up.

interesting post, i used to get impressions from pictures and was very interested in the legend of atlantis. I didn't come into my psychic abilities until my 40's. i think i always had them, i never knew how to tap into them. I would try meditation to seek answers within you

I just remembered that when I was around 16 I barely weighed 100pounds but after weight training for two months I could easily bench press over 200pounds! (I'm taking about more than 10 reps) But added little weight. Everyone thought I was on steroids.
