Could you build me a convoy with gliders around the earth?

Of course; there would need to be tow aircrafts for a while as less and less would be needed as further up it would go /or faster also would affect g-forces right? This should be a fun one. Oh ya of course they need to be tied together like at the ski hill; but airborn and no posts.
The idea is to realise with something of an aspect such as this and think of the best form of glider shape would be appropreate for this; not invision something that already exists per say as a must.
