The ridiculous thing is, you can tell by her facial features and so on that she'd be a gorgeous woman, without all the "plastic". The real tragedy
here is that, while this is an extreme case, it reflects what our society has done to women; the fact that they've been made to feel so uncomfortable
in their own skin that they feel the need to be somebody else, somebody different... just to be "beautiful".
