Thanks very much for the teeny guide, it sorted me right out.

Although I have to show a sadface at those saying "OMG how can someone not know this" as in my experience this is the only forum I have come across that you only put the *end piece* of the code in - I knew how to use the forum tools, but I was using the whole URL, which wasn't working. Pretty much every other forum I have come across uses the full URL, so I found those remarks a little insulting.

I've noticed when you do it correctly, many times the video just appears as a black box in the preview. It's not until you post it that you see if its working or not. so maybe people just get confused being it doesn't work in preview?

except the advanced editer doesn't always come up everywhere u post. & it's different throughout different forums. How about clueing people in on the actual bracket tag you can use to manually type it in with?
yvid and /yvid with brackets around both, and YT letters in between. Here's example replacing ][ brackets with ][



just use actual ][ brackets.
