Uh not sure who knows how to read that information so it would be nice to put a comment or two about it, Is x2.1 strong what are its possible out comes? thanx

It's been less then an hour!

If you go to spaceweather.com it gives fairly accurate descriptions for solar flare levels. Any x level flare in the vicinity of the Earth has potential to disrupt satellite, telecommunication and electrical grid, increases in aurora can also be expected. (northern lights)

as of now seems that most of the cloud is gonna miss earth

but its still too early to tell

maybe just some mid latitude auroras, minor sattelite interference and low to severe geomagnectic storming.
in a couple days, depending on how fast the cme is moving.

expected, and an amazing phenomenon to witness.
nothing deadly yet

Not that bad. As far as I understood, it goes like this:

C flares
M flares
X flares.

C < M < X

inside each category, we have also a number, depending on the emitted energy:
X1 < X2 < X30

The largest flare recorded in modern times was X29 or something like that (2003) . The largest flare - in the 1800s , possible X63!

Now I am not sure if the scale is linear of exponential .

We have strong geomagnetic storm when CME come to Earth, need 2-3 days (30-60 h) ..

Here you see when storm start to hit Earth ..

Personally I expect stronger Geo-activity, EQ and volcanic eruption but has not been proven scientifically..

We had many storm like this and stronger, we be go00d .. xD

The D-rap map, shows the solar radar when the flare hits, If it's earth facing, it lights up like a bloody christmas tree!

The CME does not appear to be Earth directed.

That sunspot 1283 is Earth direction but maybe that CME don't like straight line .. xD

the x flare has produced a cme

considering the sunspot is already in the eastern limp, at most it will tickle earth
