Interesting 9/11 video

So whilst surfing the webs, I came across this interesting 9/11 video.
I was referred to a site which hosted an embedded link containing the video below
I am not too certain on the validity of this video, nor do I know if what they are saying is being translated correctly
However this was a very interesting video, and I hope you enjoy it
