I've been on ATS for a few months, lurking, responding to threads on occasion. Finding lots of decent info, news, and people here. I can see why you all enjoy it so much.

Anyhow, if you want to know more about le me (my ideas, perspectives on the issues, annoyances, etc) ask away! Haven't seen too many people in my everyday travels who want to talk in detail about the kind of stuff on here.

Hi Leg1on, and welcome to the Introductions Forum, a place to say hello to the ATS community. For now you can reply to any thread in any member forum you wish, as well as send & receive (PM's) Private Messages to Staff only for now.

Once you have achieved 20 posts, you will then be able to start your own threads in the appropriate forums and additionally send & receive messages to and from fellow ATS members.

Greater Toronto Area, about 30-45 minutes west of the city, closer to Hamilton.

I have a diploma in Liberal Arts, a Degree in Political Studies, and Post-Grad Journalism.
Sadly been unable to find a job in those fields, but my education has really complemented my thinking process. During PoliSci, I was always interested in Political Philosophy/Theory, probably cuz my Philosophy/Critical Thinking lectures during Liberal Arts were so interesting to listen to. I enjoy thinking of things in terms of concepts, abstractions, and strategies when discussing with other people, or just quietly thinking to myself. Currently reading Machiavelli, and should be starting Sun Tzu shortly.
And having always been a curious type of guy, an education in Journalism helps to break down particular ways of going about collecting and summarizing the most important bits information I find. Plus, I just like telling stories.
