I need to know is that Yahoo thing where they help you make a website good or is it bad.

Welcome to bts. About yahoo I like the search engine, have found myself to be frequently visiting yahoo movies and at one time I like yahoo games. You should give it a try, and go with whatever it is thats to your liking.

For website design I can settle with Frontpage and dreamweaver or for a beginning website I suggest using notepad and html code. The tough part about website design isn't the layout, it's more what you want to put on it.

I also suggest checking out this forum for website related info.
