dude I'm American haven't you been reading the paper we are really bad with money and chances are my government will get wind of it and somehow steal it out from under me. Other then that i could use excel to account for the money and chart potential growth and give you an estimated time of completion. LOL maybe i could do it

I would start off by building a space elevator I know it sounds stupid but a NASA scientist said it would make space flight about 1000 time safer once that's done you could build the craft in space and just shuttle people to the spaceship the cost of fuel saving would be worth it not to mention about every government in the world would pay to use it for missions

Just a silly thought, but why build a moon base on the surface?
If you build inside a tunnel, crater, crevice, you'd have radiation protection and wouldn't have to spend on all the structural components.

Anyway, just a thought.
Carry on.

How much area do YOU think we'll need?. Maybe if you can work it out on 35 - 55 persons to be able to live there for up to 24mths at a time self sufficiently + 24mths backup. Let's get some realistic ideas going and then we'll know exactly what we're in for.

Love the consultant title. Fantastic
pixiekaram is our builder - so once we get some sketches ideas / we'll run them past him for opinion, length, cost to typically build the same structure on earth to compare etc.....great work. Welcome to the team....

Ideally a vehicle that can take at least 12 - 25 people at a time. Undo is our Astro specialist. Let's consult Undo on those aspects of the design.

Good idea beezzer. Pass this onto trilogy111 - lunar planning and building consultant.

Okay, pcrobotwolf. Thankyou for contribution. Tracking progress and keeping an eye on the donations is fine with me. Are you any good with website designs? What does Undo think about a space elevator?

on that note dude, good idea underground, but anyways anyone watch american pickers?, theres this guy (ron the mole man) they visited once and he is literally a underground expert, he's made a maze of hallways undergound I think he was up to 40ft underground and goes for a couple of kilometres I think.

But he did it all with a shovel and his bare hands, with a bunch of scrap sounds perfect for our type of team, think about it no money required to build it just junk!

Ok, i am in, now we still need a scientist, an engineer and and a black person who can sacrifise himself if something goes wrong.

Well we'll need a couple teams just to manage each operation. Our operations could include getting to the moon which in itself would require teams for propulsion and design, communication, astrophysics consultants, and the like. We'd of course need a fund raising operation. Also, we'd need a moon living operation. Some teams we might need there could include a power and electric systems unit, oxygen or horticulture unit, and probably more Astrophysicists.

So yeah, count me in. I'll be the power and electric systems team manager.

I think the logical first step would be to write out our ATSSA mission statement. As in what's our first steps to achieve what goal? We just gonna shoot up wave 1, then if they survive the landing they build the first shanty. Wave 2 clears out the bodies from wave 1...

Great
Now that's what i'm talking about. There's a few other members who you can link up with to sketch out initial requirements. We'll co-ordinate it all properly once this initial excitement is digested. Welcome aboard

Good idea. Are you able to after this initial phase put a strategic plan together? - a step by step plan for dumbies and then run it past all our other team members for critical feedback. You keen?

I don't know how to contact Ron he lives in us somewhere and I'm Aus and am unable to watch the video.

I personally don't think a space elevator is a logical step tptb, all these natural disasters going on.

Sponsorship well if were taking like 30-40 people why not sell like 10 tickets?, how much is virgin chargin these days I heard it was $300 000 aus.

Does anyone know what type of vegetation (if any we will be able to grow, I just see having a direct food source up there as something need to be pre planned)

Great, get a web page up and started. Call it what you like....Let's go live with it as soon as possible. I'll make contact with paypal or something to organise a donations scheme to our project. You can post and chart the progress of our revenue, we'll keep the bank balance open for public display somehow, and have you track our progress against our strategic plan to the goal.....

Thanks heaps, our team is going to be greatful for your contribution...

I'd love to. With a little help and consulting I could draft up and present the organization hierarchy and their different responsibilities. Believe me. So damn keen.

No worries on contacting Ron, we'll get to him as and when required.

Sponsorship is something we need to look at.

I'm not a botanist or astro-vegetable(ist) lol by any means. I don't even know if that's a word or if that's how you spell it.....but between you, me, and our team, we'll figure this out when we get to it. Great work.
