ATS "Experts": What Do You Think This Is?

So here's more, this was uploaded a couple of days ago, but the footage is from May. I didn't know we lived in a binary star system and I really don't think the first bright object to appear in this video is the Moon. The Sun comes up right after this. This footage is from the CFH infrared/optical observatory on the Mauna Kea volcano in Hawaii.

I don't know.the shape and the way the contrail was...I sort of pictured, more of a stealth fighter type shape. More triangular. For some reason. Not saying that it is the case. That is just what I pictured.

Well it very well could be.

At that angle its very possible the sun shining just eclipses the real shape of the craft. But its definitely a craft.

Also...what language is the guy in the video talking?

Yep - its the contrails from 2 jet engines, lit by the sun at high altitude at early morning or late evening.

It's quiet common - you can see another example of it in thisr ATS thread - www.abovetopsecret.com... - the video isn't embeded tho - you have to go to the link & I've identified the likely flight at the bottom of that page.

I thought it was fairly obvious??

Those two look close to same?

Well for one, the video in OP has a short contrail, whereas yours is streaking across the sky like its on fire, with a very uneven contrail probably why people thought it was a meteor.

Looks like a sun dog - a common phenomena especially visible around sunrise or sunset

I think the contrail difference you're speaking of is a matter of perception. No big deal here, but I've never seen a meteor with a contrail like that!

And since it comes into view before the sun comes up over the horizon, (correct me if I'm wrong), but I thought sun dogs only appear when the Sun is visible?

The Peru one looks like a 4-engined airliner - the contrail on the near side has 2 streams. the contrail on the other side looks like a singe one because the angle of the wing (dihedral) means the 2 engines/contrails are inline from where the camera is.

How many times this week are we going to have to say that these videos are sunlit contrails?

They come in all shapes and sizes, long and short, they're far too slow to be meteors, and they always happen at sunrise or sunset.
And it's not superman.

Yes. The Sun is setting in the west and the rays are striking the contrail and aircraft from the underneath. An unusualand striking alignment, but normal.

not really - some of hte ones on the wiki page seem much bigger.

Dunno - anoteh possibility might be a 120 degree parhelion- or the wiki article (which is short)

Wishful thinking.

Definitely not "wishful thinking". I'm glad it's just a big jet or asteroid and not Wormwood, Niburu or whatever you would call it. I'd like to live a little longer at least!

they do look very much the same, besides the long smoke tail…but the “OP” video I am assuming was it first entering the earth’s atmosphere. And that would be why there is not smoke tail.

The first video was uploaded four days later than the one I posted…but as you can see the video I linked was a new agency and the “OP” video is amateur so they prob took a few days to upload it.

I was just throwing it out there for some comparison ….not saying 100% same thing, but sure do look a lot alike.

Just watched the video, and i'm with 'gimme_some_truth' on this one..we're all mostly argumentative old farts, who like to think we know everything..(except me, i do actually know everything...so there).



My opinion, for what it's worth is that it's either a jet and contrail being lit from a low, setting sun.

Or a meteorite skimming and burning it the upper atmosphere...although i would have expected more of a smoke trail for that, if it's high enough maybe..

Other than that, it's the winged disc spoken of in ancient Mesopotamian and ancient Egyptian text, coming to see how we're all getting on. (not really, it looks like a jet to me)
