That's just wrong is too many ways. Not only should sex offenders not be allowed anywhere near children or places where children gather, but they shouldn't even be allowed to walk our streets, IMO.

Well the state should be held 100% liable and accountible for anything these scumbags may do children in they're care. This should not be happening and if one does molest a child I say he and the idiot government worker responsible for their hiring should go to jail.
