Note that Jupiter did not leave the frame of HI2. The effect occurs when a bright object leaves the field of view of HI1.
HI2 is a different instrument. It does not produce the same effects as HI1.

It just looks that way due to it's movements relative to STEREO B.
You're forgetting or ignoring that we're looking at a 3D space on a 2D image.
STEREO B is moving in a different direction and at a different speed to Elenin.
So again, Elenin hasn't changed direction.
Open your mind!
