With things in the US,getting gridlocked to retardation. Do any of you find yourselves opening bank accounts in a foureighn country (canada interests me most).

And if you do. 1. how easy is it and what steps does a non citizen take. 2.Are any risks involved for a non citizen?

3.what are the interests rates.
