that second video is a hell uv a creepy video, Im gonna black n white it, put the snowy/bad interference in it and put some creepy tune in it, like that japanese movie "one missed call", creepy for certain!, Im freaked out

no the second video is clearly a hand pointing...no device, no six fingers.

I have no idea what this could be, he is obviously very intent on pointing that finger at the camera though and the "exit" move is mysterious as well...a horrible attempt at exiting the frame unseen.

i think hes counting the pigeons that are still alive in the cage behind the camera, and there running out of pigeons.

i cant even think realy why he would be doing that except for maybe showing hes ok to the people on the otherside of the camera.?

Only a 20yr ban??? Chernobyl happened a year after I was born, making it almost 25 years now, and it is still uninhabitable, due to extremely high levels of radiation... and Fukushima is like what? 10 times worse then Chernobyl.. and STILL GOING!!
Most people don't realize that the elements that are released will continue to exist for hundreds, some thousands of years... Japan is well... screwed... and most likely the rest of the planet now.

as to the video... It seems like he's pointing and maybe trying to communicate with the camera guy... Like telling him to get away.. far, far away lol.

and I also saw the thing at around .12 seconds in, that someone else mentioned..
It reminded me of some of the "cloaking" tech that is being played around with today..

Well let's say he is an average worker at the plant. He knows there is an active webcam on the site. He tries sending a message to the general public. The message I would take away is that "you are being poisoned, you are next". "You are not being told the truth."

Either that or the poor fellow is losing his mind.
