Born this way...hello ATS!

Hi my name is Selene. I am a transsexual male to female. I am writing this so I get off on the right foot and not hide who I am anymore!!

I am so tired of hiding the person I am and yearn to be, I am tired of having to give sideways glances when I walk be the women's apparel section of the store. I just want to be treated a s a human being and not a circus freak because I feel as a woman on the inside.

So here I am ATS....

Personal Disclosure: Welcome! OL is sure a mod will be along soon to help out with an informative post etc. I also recommend utilizing the green chat voyuer function on the ATS tool bar to the bottom of most ATS webpages [aka the ribbon]! Welcome Selene. You were scared to say who you are. Must be hard not being able to be yourself without ridicule. I can't even imagine. I have never had that problem, been doing the whole alpha male thing my whole life lol, that just who I am as well. I don't understand why anyone would even give a s#$t how or why you live your life like you do. It's really none of their damn business if you ask me. IMO I think that people are just so unhappy with their own life and selves that they have to lash out at others. Just my opinion anyway, I am by no means a psychologist. So, welcome to ATS, I for one am glad you decided to join and look forward to having many discussions about all kinds of crazy things with you. I am sure you will find many friends here and have alot of fun sharing your views.

It is harder to keep hiding it though. It eats at you. You know that feeling when you have REALLY big news and you just have to tel someone? Carry that all your life and you realize you are a hypocrite and are lying to everyone.

I can kind of understand that. I will come clean to you since you have done the same for us. It's only fair. I have a secret I have been hiding my whole life as well. Here goes....I am really a big nerd, I am not the cool guy everyone knows.
