Don't worry, I'm not all about prejudice and I know damn well that rap can be profound. You don't have to convince me. I can't listen to
everything you post here tonight, but what you post means a lot to me. I will be listening to the music you give me for many days and nights in the
future.
Thank you for giving me something that matters to you. I will treat it with respect.
Good to see your open to all types, I myself primarily listen to hip-hop/rap but if it doesn't contain a positive message or encourage critical
thinking its not worth my time.
If you liked that one since it is my genre of taste here is an ausie band that redid one of their albums with a full orchestra, speaks about and old
man at a train station ........lovely work.
Another one of theirs off the same album which made me think alot of good vs evil and thoughts from the devils perspective (you need both perspectives
to see balanced right?)
Ahh. And Samhain Night gives me chills every time.
Speaking of Soundtracks, How The West Was Lost, the song "Good Day To Die" was one I would list if I could find a vid for it but here's another
version of that song without the more intense deep drumming that makes you feel it in your soul:
In my youth I loved AC/DC, Jimmy Barnes, Madonna, Sting etc.
This is soooo not my usual taste, but having said that, something in this song truly moves me.
Hope you like it too!
