Dog Stays by Slain Navy Seal's Casket

This story and image made me smile - and cry at the same time. This chocolate lab stayed by his owners casket throughout the memorial service.




I know that to call someone a "dog" is suppose to be derogatory - but I think it is in reality quite a compliment.

If only humans would show the same unconditional love, loyalty and dedication to each other that dogs seem to find instinctive - our world would be a much better place. Dogs rock!!

I agree. Dogs specifically, and animals in general, are my sanity and coping mechanism.
