Well the good news is the squad that beat Udinese did ok.

Liverpool and Man U played a team we would normally put out in the Carling cup, so no big upset there.

But we really missed Song, Gervinho and Wlishere for starters.

Just saw a replay here in the states. Ouch. Out gunned, so to speak. Even with a few key men off, they should have at least had the heart to finish the game...They had some chances early to turn the game around, but it seems they were defeated after half. All their talent has gone and who have they picked up? Shame really. It is good for the Premier league and football in general when Arsenal are good.

He had serious injurys. He had a major depletion in resources. The team was seriously weakened. So, what do you do? You still have 11 men. You put those 11men behind the ball. What did he do? Same as always.

8-2. worst defeat since 1880something. We ended last season on a slippery slope. 3 games in and its getting worse.

Wenger was great and I will never forget the magic football he gave us, but he should be gone already.

couldn't agree more...but maybe we should give him one last chance..i mean the season has started so bad already...we can't put more pressure on him than he already has at the moment... but 2 more days for the transfer window to close .....after this bad a defeat if he still does not sign players then i have no choice but to give up on him......

yep...........i mean losing is one thing...considering our injuries and suspension's .even before the match started our chances to defeat an on form Man U looked slim... but getting thrashed 8-2 is just unbelievable
