Posting discipline

We're doing it again: a whole page of Terrorism/War has barely 200 replies covering only 65% of a single day's postings, with 40% having either 0 or 1 replies.
This forum has almost double that number of postings on a page and it's a general forum.
On a rough count: all substantial postings could have been contained in 5 topics. At least five repeat amost verbatim old stuff in the archives
It is an almost wilfully irresponsible attempt to make discussion impossible.
