Well said Deplume. There are people on this site and others that try, I believe, to end stop threads by attacking the OP. I am grateful that you brought this topic forward. After I saw your posts I researched this 'sky noise' and found that it is happening everywhere. The ass clown that is giving you fits is concentrating on something thats insignificant. I used your info to tests kids on other sky noises and for the most part they get the same message. Hello, we cant help you, and to get underground. I didnt use your sounds I gathered them off you tube. keep posting any new info you get and dont bother to look at his posts. There are a larger majority that appreciates you. Take care

Okay, now this is getting strange for me. You are the third or fourth person I have noticed including myself here on ATS that are constantly seeing the same numbers. For me, it's always 11 or 12 past the hour. Or I just see 1's, 2's, 3's, 11's or 12's. I have been going through this since October of last year. The only significance those numbers have for me is my birthday is 12/11, but I see no reason to see these numbers over and over, several times a day for almost a year.
I am in the same situation. What's even weirder is my birthday is Nov 1, born at 12:12pm according to my BC.
I see 11:11 12:12 1:11 2:22 all the time. Almost every other day that I looked at a clock it will be just one of those numbers. I kept count one time and it was happening on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday at work and then it flipped to Tuesdays and Thursdays for 2 months straight.
I've been tested to be a star child, what ever that means, and have been told by several well thought of psychics / mediums that I am very old soul near the end of my journey. Strange because things around me just seem to make sense and I'm able to see how they work with each other yet I can not explain in human terms how I do it.
Hope this helps you figure things out.
Sirric

I'm curious if there are any reported happening in Arizona? I haven't seen anything about it in AZ and I feel excluded from the phenomenon so far. I could very well be wrong though.

Thanks for that. If we keep getting these weird events with the numbers and sounds, maybe we should group them together and see just how many people are sharing the same experience and where they're located. And no, just countries and maybe cities, whether near certain places like airports, train stations, mines...etc(just examples). You know maybe the sounds come from areas that have lots of water near, maybe no water is near. I just want to know besides seeing these numbers and hearing the sounds, there must be some common denominator...there has to be something else we all share in common.
Any thoughts? This should be followed closely imo.
There was someone I believe you mapped the reports in one of the other threads regarding the noises... If anyone remembers what I'm talking about and can link it please do. I'm on my cell right now so if no one else finds it then I'll look for it when I get to a PC. Thanks!

sorry for using external site, ats media upload just doesn't work for me.
it's a small piece of audio from original youtube video after some changes. i doubt anyone will hear any words there, but it sounds a little bit suspicious - like there really is a voice to be heard. technical details: it's a high frequency part of the original recording, frequencies between 0 - 1760hz were turned down gradually (-150db at 0hz, 0db at 1760hz), then the result was normalized and slowed down with pitch lowered at the same time (waveform is stretched, it's 2 times slower and all frequencies are 2 times lower). all editing was made at 192khz/32bit float to prevent distortions and to preserve as many details as possible. it's so small because i've crossed my 3g bandwidth limit and i'm on 32kbps connection.
either it's a voice, or it's just some creepy sound. i just doubt this route leads anywhere with such a low quality of recording. i may try different videos tomorrow, i have one compilation of such videos downloaded from youtube, it was posted in this thread already. either that, or we're looking in the wrong direction (morse code? some other code? low frequency part?). but if kids are really hearing something, then looking at the relatively quiet high frequency part is worth a try. isn't it that kids are hearing higher frequencies better while lower frequencies are harder to hear for them? if that's the case, then that voice may be well within audible frequency range for adult human - but since adult humans hear lower frequencies better - and we have tons of those in these recordings - they have a hard time to hear something quiet, hidden behind loud rumblings. loud for them, perhaps not so for the kids.
... As to the signal itself, this is what Rupert Matthews reports in his book Alien Encounters: True Stories of Aliens, UFO’s and other E.T. Phenomenon which was published in 2008. NASA and SETI astronomers picked up on a radio signal that seemed to have a coded message sometime in the mid 1980’s. The signal was coming from Jupiter’s moon Ganymede and was definitely artificial in nature. The signal was run through multiple computers and no sense could be made as to the meaning of it. President Reagan was notified and an international conference was assembled to determine how to make an attempt to contact whatever beings were sending the message. Eventually it was decided to send a signal to the exact location that the message was coming from on Ganymede. This message would be sent in Morse Code which was considered to be the easiest for an alien civilization to decode. It would read "We have received your signal, but we do not understand it. Please resend your signal using this language and transmission code." Immediately after this message was sent, the mysterious signal from Ganymede ceased its transmission so everyone assumed that we would receive a new signal in Morse Code in a quick period of time. But day after day and then week after week no signal came and officials began to give up hope of actually receiving a response. Finally after more than a month, a signal was detected coming from the original radio source on Ganymede and incredibly it was in Morse Code. Eagerly NASA scientists translated our first direct contact with an alien civilization. And it said "We were not talking to you."

Now, as humorous as that is, if it's true it brings up an intriguing possibility: There is precedent for the use of Morse Code to communicate with creatures from Earth.
So it is at least worth the attempt, if someone can figure out how one might extract the code....
