Well on Gamespot forums American Users Would Vote For Obama Again and either for Mitt Romney or rick perry, just like a folk of sheeps.

Obama killed Bin Laden. He's alright with me

So this Clueless gamer thinks Obama is alright with him just because he killed bin laden? and yet there are no videos or photos of the supposed dead bin laden out, i find that pretty sad

My current option is Mitt Romney since he's more moderate the other GOP nominees.

I like some things about Ron Paul (I used to be a pretty big supporter of him) but I don't agree with him on certain issues that I find he is kind of extreame on, still I think he would be better thansome of the other options.

to extreame??

My President...

I think i am going to be sick

3. Ron Paul (Congress would not go along with some of his crazier schemes, such as the removal of the Fed)

Roul pauls is too idealistic. I don't think his ideas would actually work in the real world)

I was shocked by the thread in there fourm, how Clueless some people are in next year elections season,
Since its another fourm i am not sure if am allowed to post the link to the topic, i dont want to cause a forum war, over this.

but if you want to look at it for yourself the thread is called Topic: As of now, who are you supporting in the 2012 presidential election?

just letting you know what is going on.

Maybe Ron Paul will make his own game where he beats the crap out of Obama, then actually kills Osama Bin Laden.

There are a lot more people who believe in some holy spirit that lives in the sky, with no video or photos to prove it. I find that pretty sad too.

I had a conversation with my neighbor about the elections. He's a die hard Obama fan.

Apparently the author of the OP isn't a gamer. Just because a bunch of idiots online are clueless, this does not mean that all gamers are clueless. Why attack gamers? Your mommy wouldn't let you have a Nintendo when you were young? Not all (blank) are (blank). Fill in the blanks with your favorite stereotype.
Some people never learn.

this really is a stupid topic... I am a gamer... But that are not my words... So what gives????

I am a gamer and I think Ron Paul is a racist with quite a few ideas which will never work in the real world. He does talk the good talk on occasion, but any politician worth his or her salt can do this.

I meant no offense to your OP. Being an avid gamer, it irks me how truly clueless many gamers are. We are not, however, all clueless. I may not represent the typical gamer, but I am very aware of the current political climate in the united states. It is sad that many are falling into the traps set up by our govt, such as forgetting about the real one, because the virtual one is more interesting.
Soon...very soon, it will be a moot point.

I wouldn't exactly call GameSpot the be-all and end-all of gamer opinions.

Having said that, just spam the GameSpot forums with Ron Paul stuff - they'll come around eventually

Seriously? WTF does god have to do with this thread? It's getting pathetic, how people just utter, "Oh yeah, cool car! Too bad a yellow one doesn't exist, just like god!".

As for the gamers, it's not really surprising. I'm a gamer, been to quite a few big LAN events and even competed professionally twice. (Way back in the early 00's.) Some of the things fellow gamers *think* they know just make you nod your head in shame / disgust.

It's no different than taking a sample from another massively broad demographic such as people who watch films. Speaking of which the film industry is now playing second fiddle to the gaming industry. I think it might be more interesting from a marketing perspective if you focused on certain genres and who your customer base is because as it stands I'd wager that the general consensus amongst gamers across the board is pretty much identical to America at large.

Bob... this is a funny post.

And dead on the money too.

You're a gamer with a clue - and that's a good thing!

I'm a huge gamer and won't vote for Obama. It is funny as someone else mentioned how Obama seems to be working his way into video games though. Even Madden 11 has him at the end if you win the Superbowl. Doubt if Bush would have ever made that appearance.

You're going to use the game spot forums to judge gamers!?! Well at least it isn't IGN.
