How long does it take to get there?
From the moment the crew steps in the craft, preps, clears port, about 60 minutes. Actual travel time, about 20.

That has to take the cake for one of the dumbest claims ever.
How long does it take to get there?
From the moment the crew steps in the craft, preps, clears port, about 60 minutes. Actual travel time, about 20.
No human could survive the G-forces involved.
s = 1/2at^2
or
a = 2s/t^2
Suppose the comet is 50 million miles away
Then s = 81 million km away
Suppose that the craft accelerates halfway and then begins to brake. Assume that the acceleration is constant on each leg.
a = 2(1/2 81*10^6*1000)/(20*60)^2 = 56250 m/s^2
That is 5740G!

You will find this hoax discussed here and here. Don't believe everything you read on the internet. Welcome to ATS.
