In this case evidence and proof needs to be provided. This evidence then needs to be accepted by multiple scientific authorities and institutions (Not just one or two "Nutty Professors") to be true. That is how you prove this! Simple!

The burden of proof is on the person making the claim that reptilians exist. It is completely unacceptable for someone to claim reptilians exist, offer no proof of existence, then ask you to prove they don't exist and then demand the baseless claim they are making be accepted as a fact! That is what many do on ATS in many areas not just reptilians!

I've never bought a PC in my life, i've only built them, come on surely someone who works in the I.T industry would know it's always better to build than to buy a desktop.

Well the source video is in HD, the close up, is taken from the original source, and then cropped.
It wouldn't be the same quality due to the degradation, taking it from the source and from cropping it, it's not native 720p anymore, but a new resolution.

Umm...no.
You can't upscale 720p into 1080p, and hope for 1920x1080p, let alone cropping a 720p signal, buffering a pin point location then bringing back to 720p, it's not native 720p, but 720p upscaled, this is NATIVE 720p, it's a lower resolution upscaled to 720p, instead it would either scale down the signal or crop the signal.
You can't upscale a 720p source to 1080p and expect an better image, since the final display, does not contain the necessary pixel amount to display the 720p source entirely, you lose vertical and horizontal resolution in the final displayed image.

This is the same case with console games, no console games are designed at native 720p or 1080p since console hardware cannot processing HD gaming, instead console games are designed natively at either 400p or 600p, but are upscaled to 720p or 1080p by the console.
You cant take a source 720p signal, crop it, buffer it, and except it to be 720p

There no reason for it really?....wow.
You can't take a 720p signal, then crop an image you want from it, THEN enlarge it and expect native 720p, which was clearly done in the video, im not sure if you watched it or not, but you should try taking a look, since it'd help.

The creator of that video, took the original 720p video through a youtube downloader tool, which suffered quality degradation, and then cropped the major eye focal point, which was obviously scaled down, he then had to buffer it, so it can't be the same resolution, it's an up scaled resolution.

Let me explain it for you -

This is an original image -

It's dimensions are 1280x720


I've gone ahead and cropped the focal point which is the pool and then upscaled it to the same dimensions which are 1280x720

That is the cropped image upscaled to 1280x720.
It's NOT the native resolution, it's an UPSCALED, image, upscaled to the native resolution.

There are dozens and dozens of you tube videos showing reptiles (which are actually artifacts, pixels and distortions) and dozens and dozens of ATS threads on them.

And all if not most of them end up in the HOAX bin where they belong. Especially the ones with CONFIRMED - EXPOSED - PROOF - in the title...

Now, there are two ways you could look at it.
