Watching it right now and they are talking about a post that was put here on ATS a while ago. It was regarding the "massive" UFO sighting a pilot saw in Anchorage, Alaska. The encounter lasted 55 minutes long. Very good show so far

thats interesting, I wonder how many of the explanations include hallucination? If hallucinations haven't been included then that leaves a much lower percentage than 5% as unexplained....
Studies of hallucinatory experience in the sane go back to 1886 and the early work of the Society for Psychical Research,[1][2] which suggested approximately 10% of the population had experienced at least one hallucinatory episode in the course of their life. More recent studies have validated these findings
Hallucinations in the sane
Hope this airs in the UK soon, I'll be watching it when it does!edit on 22/8/11 by Versa because: (no reason given)

I might miss it so please make a note of which 'NASA astronaut tapes' they used -- the hoaxed ones or the misrepresented ones?
Major Cooper also testified before the United Nations: "I believe that these extra-terrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets... Most astronauts were reluctant to discuss UFOs." "I did have occasion in 1951 to have two days of observation of many flights of them, of different sizes, flying in fighter formation, generally from east to west over Europe."
In a taped interview by J. L. Ferrando, Major Cooper said: "For many years I have lived with a secret, in a secrecy imposed on all specialists in astronautics. I can now reveal that every day, in the USA, our radar instruments capture objects of form and composition unknown to us. And there are thousands of witness reports and a quantity of documents to prove this, but nobody wants to make them public. Why? Because authority is afraid that people may think of God knows what kind of horrible invaders. So the password still is: We have to avoid panic by all means."
1951: "I was testing a P-51 fighter in Minneapolis when I spotted this object. I was at about 10,000 feet on a nice, bright, sunny afternoon. I thought the object was a kite, then I realized that no kite is gonna fly that high." As I got closer it looked like a weather balloon, grey and about three feet in diameter. But as soon as I got behind the darn thing it didn't look like a balloon anymore. It looked like a saucer, a disk. About the same time, I realized that it was suddenly going away from me - and there I was, running at about 300 miles per hour. I tracked it for a little way, and then all of a sudden the damn thing just took off. It pulled about a 45 degree climbing turn and accelerated and just flat disappeared."

Did you see the show tonight? Interested to hear your thoughts.
Any footage from NASA you thought was falsely represented?

Well, if you havent seen the program id really suggest it. They do a great job of showing legitimate evidence, supported by science and data. One thing that suprised me is they even went over hoaxes, dissected the hoaxed evidence all over youtube and suggested to the viewer to only believe sightings that are backed by scientific data and/ or multiple witnesses..

Unfortunately during the Belgium UFO Wave segment Patrick Ferryn co-founder of the SOBEPS
Maj. General Wilfried De Brower and researcher Leslie Kean supported the now infamous UFO
photograph recently revealed was a hoax. I'm sure they didn't know about this new revelation
because this documentary must have been produced before but with so much noise the story
of the famous triangle UFO photograph / hoax produced their statements left a bad taste.
In any case it was a good two hour documentary and the audio recording released from the
Chicago O'Hare airport was very interesting. By the way NASA UFOs were absent in this
documentary.
