But that isn't to say that I agree with everything you said. For instance, the Drake Equation has nothing to do with alien life visiting Earth, which proves to me that you probably have no clue what you are talking about, and this is nothing but a rant.

Just a bit of friendly advice: If you don't believe in extra-terrestrials, then don't believe. It's as simple as that. It is your opinion.

Be careful about digging your feet too deep in the sand just for the sake of it (if you know what I mean)
If people don't agree with you, then you will automatically get defensive because you are so firmly rooted in your views.

Say someone replied and said, The Earth is in quarantine. No E.T's are allowed to make contact because it imposes on the free will of man.

That would be a perfectly good explanation. And would have just as much 'proof' as you do.
