it's going to happen and going to spread.. and it is sorry picture we paint of our society that this blind rage (as that is how I see it) will be directed at anyone and everyone until it distils down into some kind of political movement for change/reform. My hope is that governments raise their game and start to help rather than cripple those in the middle and at the bottom, and the only real way to do that is by helping open new avenues to create wealth.

Yep. people want to destroy stuff. mainly because all of the stuff that gets destroyed is reprsentative of what is wrong with the world.
rioters in london destroy stuff and loot in response to being in a gilded cage. the things that keep them down are the focous of the love hate relationship they have with society so they either take or destroy these things.
you call them thugs untill things get bad enough for you to be out there as well.
