Shell leaks 216 Tonnes of Oil into the North Sea!!!

Shell has said that it has discovered a second leak from its Gannet Alpha Oil platform in the North Sea.

More than 200 tonnes of oil have escaped since the first leak was discovered six days ago.

The company said it had managed to slow the release of oil to around two barrels a day but stemming the second leak is proving to be a challenge.

Shell and BP have been leaking Oil into our beautiful Seas for decades now, I assume the Tonnes of Oil polluting our Oceans are into the 10's of Thousands.

When will this Environmental pollution be Punished? If I were to leak 216 Tonnes of Crude Oil into the North Sea, I am Certain I would be Imprisoned, so why are these Criminals not?
