1111 - Poetry Prayer Thread

I've created this thread due to prompting from other members and through having a deep seated desire to share.

This will be a place to post and share all and any types of poems and prayer, written by your SELF and/or others and ideally should be of a uplifting and positive nature.

I believe poems to be a great way to share ones thoughts without having to write a wall of text, a true way to express that which pours from the soul.

So please, contribute what you can so we can light up these pages with wise words and messages of hope.

I will start by sharing my favourite all time poem, followed by some of my own...

A Special Message for 11-11-10 - 11111


As each Soul awakens, it turns to another,
Who then awakens and turns to another,
Who then awakens and turns to another...

One by one, your Light is growing
Two by two, your Heart is knowing
Four by four, your Love is showing
Eight by eight, your world is glowing

The spiral of your dawning Day
Grows wider as you find the Way
This Way inside reveals your Light
Once trapped within your darkest night

The growing of your Light within
Is greater than it's ever been
And the glory of your inner being
Encompasses the life you're seeing

This Light, alive and full of love
Shines far below and high above
Above the strife and sad illusion
Above the fear and all confusion

This Light that once you could not see
Has now become whom you MUST be
As you awaken, you share your gift
With others who may need a lift

Together NOW, you all are seeing
The power of your inner Being
This power you have now un-tethered
Calms the storm you long have weathered

Inside the storm, you found the reason
You entered life within this season
For eons, you have long awaited
This moment that you ALL created

Together, and within each Heart
You KNOW the life that you will start
At last, the world you sought begins
At last, it is ALL life that wins

One by one, then two by two
You remember what you came to do
Four by four, then eight by eight
You love the life you NOW create

You remember love is the solution
Cause and core of resolution
Together NOW, you do resolve
To find the issues YOU will solve

You ARE the life you do create
You ARE the "others" you berate
You ARE the problems of your life
You ARE the answers to all strife

We know you have returned to ONE
We see the Path you have begun
We hear your calls and light the way
To guide you through each night and day

It is to us that you return
You left us once so you could learn:
What once forgotten ~ can be re-learned
What once was lost ~ can be returned

As you return back to your Soul
You find it was your inner goal
You are complete with all you need
You are the flower, you are the seed

Your seed of Light you plant on Earth
To participate in Her rebirth
You came to Gaia, as She is YOU
You are the planet of green and blue

You are the dawn and evening breeze
The desert sun and polar freeze
You are the land, you are the sea
This is the planet you came to BE

As ONE with Gaia, you do awake
And heal your world, for Heaven's sake
Heaven on Earth has NOW begun
As EACH of you become the ONE

Within Me


I lay in bed caught up in my mind
Forever avoiding the daily grind

I think about love and past memories
And how I believe things should be

While wishing I could just be me
Without being worried how I'm perceived

I wanted to leave so to seek out the light
'That is not what you signed up for' I was told in the night

'Getting light in is the name of the game'
I hear them call out along with my name

They are always there to nudge and guide
And sometimes contact with comical surprise

Angels, arcturians, are one in the same
Enlightened, loving, helping me play the game

Fact, fiction or tricks of the mind
The truth lies within for all to find

Follow this process of seeking within
If you wish to understand the world we live in

Troubled times are ahead I've seen and believe
We must rally together in these times of need

'There is nothing to fear' is the message I hear
'But be awake and aware for the time is near'

So out with the old and in with the new
Some believe we are cosmic stew

Do not listen to the clowns pushing doom
Now is the time to show we can bloom

Love IS


Love IS, my spiritual father
Eases the pain, so I laugh harder

Love IS, an intense frequency
Something that I lack innately

Love IS, the antidote to fear
The answer to the coming years

Love IS, the source of spirit
I just wish more could be it

Love IS, food for the soul
To find and emanate IS the goal

I made a contract while with SELF
But I forgot and need your help

False teachings have buried my heart
NOW is the time for a new start

Incoming


If I close my eyes and still my mind
I hear cries of freedom and fright

The world is waking dark forces are shaking
We are closing in on our darkest night

Their evil plans and hidden hands
Have always been in plain sight

You must believe that they will leave
They cannot live in the incoming LIGHT

Look within and LOVE ALL things
And always do that which is RIGHT

Let go of all fear for the time is near
The future is wonderfully BRIGHT

Is it YOU?

I teach what is real and how to laugh at lies
Bad spirits sent to scare me, but I know I never die

What is it that I live for, to die for and defend?
Is it just a game, or a place to play pretend?

Who chains me to this matrix? Who holds the key?
Could it be YOU and me that sets us free

Thank you for these words. It was a pleasure to wake up and find this thread. What a beautiful way to set a rhythm for the day.

I don't write as often as I used to, but I'll offer a few lines that I jotted down recently and hope that others will share as well.

Ages of Edens

There were once enlightened sages
who penned the soul of man on their pages,
who delved into the heart of the human race...
erased by the empire, remains only a trace.
How far divided we are from the spirit.
With the racket of the modern world, we hardly hear it.
Delusional our facts of life,
distorted from centuries of strife.
We've lived more in freedom than in fear.
There have been ages of many Edens here.

Here, There and Everywhere


I travel out of body while I sleep
I slip through the veil for a peek

I'm apparently training for the changes ahead
Taught and shown that there are no dead

Inter-dimensional journeys of an epic kind
Wiped from my memory to keep me blind

My memories will return I have no doubt
To aid and assist before we all freak out

Where Love Abounds



As we turn inside to see the ONE
We know our process has begun

The process of our great “Return”
The final lesson we will learn

And, as we learn to turn around
We’ll find a life where love abounds

How long has this love been inside?
How could it find a place to hide?

Where is that place where love was lost?
It must come back, at any cost!

Can we forget, and yes, forgive
To allow our inner love to live?

If love can live inside our Being,
Will that affect our outer seeing?

If we look upon our world with love
From both within and high above

What will be left for us to know?
What winds of change will start to blow?

And, is that change within or out?
Will it be a whimper, or a shout?

We want to know, we truly do,
For with this conflict, we are through!

What must we KNOW, who must we BE,
So everywhere, it’s LOVE we see?

Who can we ask, who is our Guide?
Is it high above, or deep inside?

Oh yes, of course, it must be here
Inside the love we hold most dear

If we can find our inner love
We can connect with life above

And then the ONE is all around,
And we’ll live the life where love abounds

Peace and wonder
fill my heart,
You are not this thing
which cuts me,
I am not this thing
which bleeds,
The bite I feel is my own.
As we are one.
We are not this body of suffering.
All I have is of you.
All I give is for you.
Weeping, I walk the road home.

Dear Family Above, All that is Love,
Showing me the path within,
Guiding my heart to overcome what once
so hard is now so light,
The path once hidden from my sight
is plainly lit and pure delight.

You teach me through each faltering step,
You reach me, before I hit the ground,
Within, without, Love all around,
Though I stumbled, I did not fall,
The darkness and light were both safe and sound,
I've learnt to trust the softest ground.

This world so hard, so full of tears,
what can we do, to still the fears,
each cry of pain, is held on high,
And Love can calm the shattered nerves
And invite each heart to Love's return

Where only Love will walk this path
We join with others at long last,
For who's a friend? When will we see?
That Love is you and Love is me,
And hand in hand we calm the sea.
For Love picks the lock and sets us free.

The rules have changed, have you not heard?
In every breeze there is a song,
A symphony is sung on high,
That reaches deep into fog and night
To nudge each soul to take its flight

We're here at last, the Light does say,
We're here at last, dream the new day.
The sorrow undone, for Love has won,
Though summer seemed put on hold,
The true sheep are in the fold, and it will hold every soul,
All have woken, all have seen, all can hear, the symphony,
The miracles at long last come,
And the return to Love that ever lasts
Comes in with a whisper, with a shout, with a song that is all about,
And plays each breeze with its Sure Note,
Bending leaf and bending knee,
You never knew it all would end,
The strife, the sorrow, now must mend,

The rules have changed, can't you see?
Their rulebook was a mystery,
written on a piece of foolscap,
written on a piece of candy wrap
Toys for tots, who now have grown,
They understand they must go home,
The school bell rings, the day is done,
And we all must walk home in Love.

Love comes in with the softest song, that grows and grows
within the soul,
a symphony to set us free,
and throws their rulebook to the sea.
For there is a real mystery,
When Light is Song even the ground
will hold it vibrations and shine it around,
There are no losses, for all are found.

In the Golden Haze, the Golden Days, a symphony not manmade,
The new song that is sung above, the New Song Is From our Sun,
The Star that sets our very sail, and brings us home through Golden Veil,
We are the Light, We are the Sun, We are the Love that's just begun,
We wake from night and choose the Light, and cradled in the Love's sure Light.

BIRTH TO BEYOND

Birth to beyond birth to beyond
time keeps moving SO what's going on?

Form intra to pass its phases it seems
that run continuous like real life dreams

At birth all new and innocent in heart
many should ACKNOWLEDGE why given this start

A start of perfection no flaw in deed
just like a newborn first starting too see

Life is vibrant full of many joys
NATURAL ENTERTAINMENT for young girls and boys

They play so innocent as time goes by
and are taught to behave for there's eyes in the sky

Eyes eyes oh what do you mean
their watching your progression within the dream

Interfere not even, unless divine told
they monitor progressions of youths elder souls

Youths with elder souls, now how can this be?
for I cant remember within this dream

Remember remember your souls don't DIE
if they said they do they told you a LIE

Understand better 1 hopes you do
your souls + 3d bodies make you (1) out of 2

2 parts of 1, if not many more***
all combined parts in the soul they are stored

Now can you see young with elder souls
eternally driven so the bodies get old

The spirits mature and developed the AWARE
AWARE of its surrounding now how'd it get there?

In 1 moment its birth the next its death
what lies beyond for many is a guess

Maturity is not something only tied to age
it helps the souls decipher the right and wrong ways

These ways of wrong and right, help guide the SOUL
thru the paths of existence that sometimes get cold

Cold and hateful and also greed if you wish
these are the signs of a soul falling TOO dense

Other souls rise for they seemed to have learned
to LOVE ONE ANOTHER so ETERNITY EARNED!!!!

Eternity eternity yes once again
a timeless zone from beginning to end

1 wishes you ALL the best on your paths
hoping that you all learned from mistakes in the past

These mistakes are like learning courses w/a major in LIFE

This is the first poem I've ever written so it's simple in form. Go easy on me

I wish I could express the words in my heart
The anguish and sorrow I've felt from the start
The mask I once used for personal gain
Was just a disguise to lessen the pain

As the darkness grows; this burden increases
Oh truth I cry out; Come back from recesses
The angels once slaughtered; oh can it be
Are speaking their wisdom back onto me

I am that I am for the battle was won
A long time ago this story was spun
Look to the heavens for proof of this tale

Path


I could get used to this feeling of unconditional love
Pouring down on me from our friends above

They keep me sane, they keep me safe
And all too often put me in my place

I was a fighter, a rebel, full of bad spirit
When contact was made I was forced to see it

I have turned around from the depths of despair
And NOW I'm here to show I care

To lift your spirit from beneath your toes
