Human - E.T. Cultural Exchange

Hello,

Most of you probably heard about Project Serpo, the supposed exchange between humans and an alien culture. Are you aware of any other projects involving cultural exchange between civilizations?

Does anyone know anything about the exchange where alien lifeform's original thought patterns remain unchanged while - simultaneously - experiencing human culture from scratch, i.e. infancy?
