Jon Stewart did his take on the Ames, Iowa Straw Poll, and - once again - he just isn't funny. Agree?

i thought it was funny. the whole bit about randy travis given second billing to chairs by bachmann turner underdrive was hilarious. well played.

My favorite part was Mike Huckabee playing guitar in just about everyone's tent!

a republican friend use to say, there is and old saying that the republicans eat their own children.
meaning that they politicaly destroy their own.

didn't gov Perry do more to damage the Ames straw poll, than anything the Daily Show could have done?

the governor threw a media grenade at the event.

Perry doesn't bother to participate, then announces his presidential aspirations on the day of the straw poll.

Jon Stewart has his tv show and audience, gov. Perry was on the national media all day.

so, who did the most to belittle the straw poll?

I just commented on that video. # Stewart for not even mentioning Ron Paul even in a joke. I'M SICK AND TIRED OF THE COMMUNIST MEDIA BLOCKING HIM FROM ANY EXPOSURE. BOYCOTT!!!!, DISCONNECT THE CABLE AND SATELLITES, AND TURN THE TV OFF AND DO NOT GO TO THESE GLOBALIST POS NEWS WEBSITES AND GET YOUR NEWS ON HERE OR DRUDGE.COM OR INFOWARS.COM.

My favorite part was when he mentioned everyone but ron paul.

I just think it's so precious that the Michele Bachmann team is doing end zone dances about this...when the 2007 Ames Straw Poll went to none other than Mitt Romney. John McCain, BTW, was 10th out of 11 in that one. Well, there's always fried butter sticks!

I thought that was funny...

and it points out how pathetic the whole event is.. sounds like a bunch of used car dealers at the stadium having a TENT SALE!!!

Ill bet every candidate would be good at selling used cars..


except Ron Paul.. he is the real deal for 30 years and going..

I stand partially corrected. Yes, the "pitched tent" was funny.

This was hilarious. All these candidates are worthless and none of them would do any good in the White House. I'm going to only watch Comedy Central for the 2012 election coverage and base my vote on that (only choices for me are Paul and Obama though).
