There's a dozen secret divisions in every branch of the armed forces. In thiscase, the Space Command is an Intelligence and Early Warning outfit, not a "Let's fly in the stars" sort of outfit.

Yes everything you say is true: receiving signals from the ISS, Shuttle, EME, etc. I too have listened in to the Shuttle and ISS as they normally have a 2m HAM operator on board just for that reason.
But, if I'm not mistaken, Elinin is NOT transmitting anything!!
Again, I read the whole thread. What did I miss?
Anyway, I do not think I will be receiving anything with my little 2m hand held here in Abu Dhabi!!

It's not secret. They have a webpage. It's called SPAWAR now. There is no secret fleet of faster than light spaceships. They do space based reconnaissance, intelligence and telecommunications. They also track submarines and won an award for being a mother friendly workplace. At one point they were participants in the MOL project, but that was axed decades ago.

no such idea, I would assume that scanning every possibility which would take effort and time would leave you in the know. I would also assume that a recording device would be necessary, along with an automatic channel "surfer" for those times when you had to get back to your real life. If such a contraption exists.

Above I posted a Nasa Video showing the Navy Space Command logo(this video was shown on another thread here at ats) I also posted another video showing a triangular craft flying at very high speed in the upper atmosphere being picked up by night vision goggles.. the op on the glp thread(in which i was involved as well) told us to get a pair of night vision goggles... I believe this is the reason as we cannot see these craft operating with the naked eye.. the Navy Space Command exists this is a FACT. But we cannot dismiss the pilots claims just because they are outside our realm of possibility.. this is being very shortsighted remember the stealth Bomber when it was unveiled.. how many years did they keep that under wraps? how many signings of this aircraft were confused with being alien ufos... Come on people there is a reason the U.S Space Shuttle program is being shut down do you really think the U.S would shut down there only way to get to space and let the Russians take over ? off coarse not...

I know what you mean but I feel they have earth leaving techs in play. They just dont want these techs out there YET... When I first heard of Elenin I was like ok well the govs can just ask ET if they are in contact with them whats up. Or use reverse engineered tech to check it themselves. ALL I see from the op when I visualise this is dark Marines or some type of special black force team that go kill space bugs ect. going out to take a look and then comming back...

Well look @ Earth its mainly a water planet hence why the NAVEL Space Command CAN be a reality. Also I remember reading that the Navy monitors who goes to the GEORGIA GUIDE STONES web SITES AS WELL for some odd reason .. So I dont doubt they exist... Why would you if you are on a water planet???

I too believe that. Only i am worried about the fact it will pass very close and earth will pass throug the tail..but yes its just another comet and a bit mystical because all disinfo about companions etc. In any case..if it is a spaceship disguised as a diamond or what ever they are welcome to end my misery.

according to what the agency publicly does yes, but we cant possibly know if a military agency is operating secretly in space... unless the agency decides to make it public which it wont for national security reasons i am sure... You cannot say Naval Space Command does not operate in space because you nor i are privy to that information. I also cannot say that without a doubt the Naval Space Command does operate in space...but with the videos of ufos (especially the triangular crafts) i believe they are a U.S asset ...
