The Distribution of Wealth; Should personal and corporate wealth be capped?

Yes, there need to be a wealth cap for individuals and corporations.
If a person needs to earn over a billion dollars in order to be incentivized then he/she must be the laziest person in the world!
Is money the only incentive? What about a desire to help the less fortunate - could that also be an incentive?
What about a feeling of self worth? Is there a price on that? Did Jonas Salk need billions in order to pay himself for his discovery of the Polio vaccine? What was Nelson Mandela's incentive?
Billionaires do not work any harder than most others. " Entrepreneurs" use other peoples money when they build a corporation. Billionaires play games with other folks lives.
One idea might be to require billionaires to fund infrastructure not just here but also in 3rd world countries.
