Wisconsin fair black mob beating whites : NOT charged with hate crimes

I ran two separate searches on this website and found nothing on this... so if there is already a thread open I apologize.

If you've been living under a rock and haven't heard about this yet...
In a nutshell what went down was mobs of black people went to the Wisconsin fair on opening day and were beating up white people. Witnesses claim they were running around looking in windshields to see if the people were white or black. If they were white they got beat up. If they were black... nothing. While doing so they were screaming racial slurs at the white folks.

The cops say there is not enough evidence to charge the teens with hate crimes... WTF is all I have to say. If this doesn't constitute a hate crime then I have no idea what does. I hate to say it... but if it's not white people beating up a different race while screaming racial slurs then it's not a hate crime. This is completely outrageous. I know the country is going down the tubes right now but this is just the nail in the coffin for me. I am sick and tired of unfair treatment just because of the color of someones skin. If this happened to black people Al Sharpton would still be there in full force. Apparently if you're white in the U.S. you're going to have to pay for all the negative things that happened to minorities way back before most of us were even born.

This makes me sick to be called an American. Personally I can't wait for this hellhole to collapse. We can start from scratch.

I agree. Let's throw this "political correctness" thing out the window and call a spade a spade. If it were whites they'd be getting vilified on CNN and all other major news outlets. So now the climate is where some people would say "Sshhhhh, don't let them notice you being upset. It could be bad". Well, what the hell, should we just lie down and die quietly? The nature of man is primal. Has been, will be. Perhaps one day we will have a greater consciousness but until then spanking kids is not a bad thing and neither is punishing animals with the violence they use. Otherwise they will just be emboldened not unlike London. I'm not talking about those protesting, I'm talking about the animals that looted and brutalized purely for the sake of it.

That is beyond incorrect. I have read over the years , many articles where Whites attacked Blacks and unless the White person doing the crime is a confirmed member of the KKK or Stormfront or Aryan Brotherhood or any other group of tards like that, it's rare to see a charge of Hate Crime. This is true especially in the South.

I think hate crime laws are outrageous. A person beating another for any reason should be punished the same. Why should it matter what the reason for an attack is?

I will say that I would be astonished to see any non white charged with a hate crime though.

This is the fruit of a system that replaced a family's father with a check from the government.

Of course they aren't being prosecuted. Why would the government go after its own creation?

I thought all this crap was behind us as a Nation. Unfortunately I have to agree with another poster. Having a black President who is always playing the "Race Card" has set race relations back by twenty years.

If the sentence for just beating someone was sufficient, I'd agree. Hate crimes enhancements are insane. When was the last time anyone heard of a violent crime commited in love? While they can't sentence these guys to a decent amount of time though, hate crime enhancements at least bring the original crime up to a level where punishment is acceptable...kinda...

This incident IS an outrage though. This wasn't one or two black guys to compare to a couple whites and whether there is clear and obvious racial connections to the KKK. This was a MOB of all ONE race deliberately and carefully hunting down members of ANOTHER race for beatings or worse. If this isn't the text book picture of racially motivated hate crime, what is??? Get rid of ALL the hate crime enhancement stuff, or prosecute it equally.

I just can't believe FOR ONE MINUTE that roving gangs of whites could go and deliberately HUNT DOWN blacks, beat them senseless and then walk away with the cops saying 'Doh! We can't prove it had anything to do with Race..gee whiz". That crap went out in the 60's, as it should have.....We don't need it back out of some twisted and sick sense of justice for things done over 140 years ago.

Being charged with a "regular" crime is just fine thank you. Hate crime is thought crime. If one is illegal, they all will be soon enough.

I believe that stating that there is such thing as a "Hate Crime" is in itself, a Hate Crime.

If we are all equal, then there shouldn't even be a term to describe and Capitalize difference towards race.

This case should be referred to as "Battery" and if a group of white men beat up some black man then it too should be called "Battery"

Simple enough, anyone here agree with me?

I don't agree at all. It's bad enough for someone to walk around beating up random people...but when the beating is CLEARLY racially motivated I think it should be charged as such. I can't stand racism and I think the punishment should be more severe if it is motivated by the color of that persons skin.

I said RARE. Learn to read before you post a knee-jerk response attempting to debunk somebody. I know it bothers you to read articles like this when you strongly believe it should be prosecuted as a Hate Crime and find out that it's not. Multiply that by 10,000 and you're BLACK.

Again, these are criminals and MUST be charged/punished accordingly. In another related article somewhere, an elderly Asian couple was walking home from shopping for grocery. A mob of BLACK people ended up killing the senior citizen. He was in his seventies. There was no charge for hate crime.

Remeber what happened in Mississippi the other day? ( gang of white teens were drinking / decided 2 go driving around the black area of town looking 4 a black person 2 kill?)
They beat the crap out of a 50 year old black factory worker in a parking lot / drove over him with there truck / he's DEAD....
They were yelling racist remarks while driving away.

Certainly not here to defend these acts of violence in any manner but I really have to ask. Anyone know what racial slurs were being screamed at white people? I was in the city the other day and actually got into a verbal altercation with a car of 3 black women. They called me hillbilly and redneck. All I could do was laugh. I sure as hell do not look like a farmer. All I could figure was that was the best insult they could think to toss at a white person and all it did was make me laugh. So I am dying to know what racial slurs were being screamed. "You all taste like baloney" "White people like mac and cheese!"

It sounds like what these black youths did was terrible and racially motivated in every fashion. However, when it comes to racial slurs I do not think white people get to play that card very often.

I did read it. That's why I posted the links. Obviously I DON'T think it's rare. Apparently you have a stick up your butt about something but that's no reason to be a prick to me. It's a shame from both sides of the fence. Black or white.
