What does K stand for?

quite simply, what does K stand for? and i imagine that W is your points score?

i think its the amount of stars compared to your posts or something like that im not entirely sure, thats just the thought ive been going with.

Right, well allow me to assist. Copy your exact thread title (CTRL + C). Go to the search function paste the thread title (CTRL + V)....I tried it and it actually comes up with 10 threads with the same question.

Just try it....

W = WATS (way above top secret)

It's an esoteric system known only to a few high priests, and one victim for their diabolical needs.

Points, Flags and Applause all count as well.

K=Karma - mostly posts to Stars ratio with some weight given to Flags and possibly Applause as well. It is a newer points system on ATS to allow new members to earn some recognition for their contributions right away, whereas others points systems allow gains over time and amount of contribution. Karma can be considered some measure of quality of posts, or at least how well received they are. Other ATS points systems often have more to do with quantity.

W=Way Above Top Secret - a point system too esoteric to be understood or even to be believed by us common folk. It is not solely related to ATS Points. Extra ATS Points can be awarded for receiving Applause or be taken away for violations. Site owners suggested recently there may be another use for them in the near future.
