how do i finde any body on the internet

i whant to finde some body i no who has gone to germany for a month so i whant to see if i can finde out what thay are up to on the internet.

Type in their name in quotations into a search engine and hope for the best?

If you know what you're doing you can find anyone, but unfortunatly I don't. Sorry. Try typing in people search in a search engine.

On the internet, I'd find many informations about many people just by searching 'em via the net.

There are programs that you can use to search someone. Bbut most of them are pay.

you can simply type it into a search engine, and see what comes up... I just did it with "gazrok" and sure enough....

The short answer is: You won't be able to monitor them on the Internet.

You would need to know their user ID and have some fairly sophisticated programs to locate them when they're on (unless they're just plain careless and use AIM or some such). And you don't have enough computing power or security access to monitor their keystrokes and see who they're typing to.

Yeah, there's ways around that, too, but (fortunately for us all) it's not as easy as pushing a button and giggling to yourself.

You could try typing known user names into various search engines.
Or you could try some Hacking technique.
The only other way would be Remote Viewing
