American Justice - "Cops on Trial" episode query

Earlier I saw the aforementioned episode of the series which was quite interesting. Right at the very end, the presenter Bill Kurtis mentioned other examples of police brutality/corruption. He mentioned the case of Amadou Diallo, he also mentioned another case which he said occurred about three years earlier. Where four police officers had sexually molested/assaulted a female with a toilet brush/plunger? I know it sounds bizarre and my interest is not due to some weird fetish. I just thought it sounded like a highly unusual case and also very disturbing. If he's correct, the incident would've occurred around 1996. Surely an incident with such a sordid act would've gained much notoriety? I've looked for a video or transcript of the episode but I couldn't find one.
