My most sincere hope is for the human race to survive. If that means that only the rich elite survive a global killer event, well I just hope that they thought to include some scientists and engineers and others with an IQ worthy of the human race and it's future gene pool.

However, if the vast majority of people continue on with no global catastrophes, perhaps the creation of "One World Order" wouldn't be so bad, if it turns out anything like Star Trek that is. Then perhaps we could get off this rock and spread out a bit. Ensuring the survival of the species forever.

Until either of these eventualities take place, remember that were all human, save perhaps any aliens mucking about in the shadows. Be kind to each other.

my thoughts on your post/thread is, that being said or written, and i agree...life is eternal, watch out for the nasty soul catchers on the way back to the light! and maybe give a waken(ing) thought to re-enlist to come back fully conscious of what is going on here and now, just to enjoy and see this soul journey finishes up to a fully golden age with no fear based elite left doing their fear based bull #!! god speed/god bless, to say the least.

I cannot agree more with OP, the "big conspiracy" is about to unfold, whether "they" like it or not.

I cannot say for sure what it is...yet, but let me try to explain it in one of my points of view:

Most of you have seen Carpenter's "They Live" from the 80's I think, which isnt as far fetched as it may seem.
In the movie, every billboard, every magazine, every picture has a subliminal message.

Once you start seeing what I'm seeing (and many many with me, growing in numbers every day) you realize that this is true in reality. I can pick up almost any magazine, dvd cover, poster or such, and see the "hidden" message in any of them.

What does it mean?

It means one of two things.'
Either the "big conspiracy" involves a great percentage of the worlds population (kinda like the Icke theory, or V-series) ...that a, say 10, 20 or 50% of "us" is NOT what they seem... if they are lizards or monkeys or demons I do not know...

The second option is that we are ruled/governed/controlled subconsiusly by another force...and that force is giving us subliminal messages through our creations.

My best bet would be on option 1 though...even how hard it may seem...

But like OP said...it is unfolding. rapidly. I feel my spiritual side guiding me towards the answer for every minute that is passing. I dont need to read about nutty conspiracys or watch fear mongering YT videos to come closer... it happens naturally. within me.

So...answer to OP's question: I dont know WHAT it is....but YES, it Will unfold very soon....

They've known this comet was coming for some time now.

How hard would it be to scare all the Mulders into actually buying it, and then creating what, for all we know, seems like a comet hitting Earth. No one alive has survived or witnessed a comet hitting Earth, so how would we know if it was really that, or an incredible act of mass destruction? Keep in mind, I am a Mulder, too. I want to believe. And I don't want to be wiped out by a comet just yet.
That said, the Top Threads on ATS are generally UFO stuff...which tells you many of the readers come here ONLY for the UFO and Alien stuff. The serious threads (like crimvelvet's) are mostly overlooked. So the OP referring to the "Top Threads" may have a distorted view of what other kind of info is on here.

Yes, I see a pattern. I see corruption beyond the imagination, destruction also beyond the imagination, and a global "dark age" coming, and it makes me very sad. Because it could be stopped, if only enough people would refuse to play the game anymore.

What is so awful about someone wanting to know what others think? It takes guts to post anything of speculative nature on this board once you've been flamed and insulted and ridiculed. What would I like to see happen?
The devolution of "government" of any kind everywhere. A return to small communities that are self-sustaining and based on neighborliness and concern for all citizens therein. Secession of every state from this "Republic", even secession of counties from States. And cities and towns from counties.

No fiat currency. Working at whatever skills one has acquired or is willing to learn in order to be sheltered, clothed, fed, and validated as being just as important as EVERYONE ELSE.

I would like to get there by first STOPPING the fiat money scam. Close ALL the banks. Everyone go home. Leave the cash there, and shut down the computers. Everyone go home, and count up what you actually own physically. A net worth of your physical assets, and that is all. Now we know who has what. Let's make sure everybody has ENOUGH.

It makes me sick when I see bull-poo articles about "trillions lost in one day". What?! It wasn't "trillions." It was numbers on a page. Like if when I go home to take my real inventory I were to take out the Monopoly board and count that money and report it as real. At times I think hyperinflation would be the best remedy for this debacle of greed and false pride and excess that is called "modern society."

Just my thoughts.

We are going through a period of world turmoil, undoubtedly, ( But has'nt the world always been in turmoil ? ) and I feel that the availability of electronic media, and opinion sharing websites means that hype and speculation raises topics out of all proportion to their true importance, it's what we're good at, even me...

I agree. there was a recent video floating around from a seminar by someone explaining how google, facebook, and similar sites are silently filtering out content they don't think we'd be interested it.

It's completely transparent to the user, you search for a term and get results. What you don't see is those results are filtered based on your browsing habits.

Example.

You read a lot of "right wing" tea party blogs.
You go to google and type in "Obama".
the search results will more than likely reflect the right wing slant as opposed to the leftist view.

There are ways around this of course,but it brings to light another topic.

We are living in little filtered bubbles, and sites like this really help us with this, and it's not good. not all of us do this, but many are filtering out material that doesn't fit their view. This is blatantly obvious in some of the recent threads on various subjects.

As such, once you get in it your head there is some master conspiracy, you'll see it everywhere (number 23 anyone?) and with the help of the filters, outside and in, you can easily dismiss contrary information, then go on debating while standing on a very very shaky, and flawed, soap box.

Here is what I feel is the cover-up...

1. The people of the world are being used as pawns by governments around the world and the elite. We are all out of the loop on anything that directly or will affect us in the future. There is a secret agenda.

2. The history of man is known, but is held secret by those who are in "control."

3. There is a reason why we didn't go back to the moon.

4. Religion is a tool to keep us in control and to keep us from searching for the truth.

I agree...you can feel something is up in the air...possibly literally up in the air. You have to ask, what COULD be the biggest conspiracy? Surely it would have to be the one with the biggest ramifications and consequences and I guess that has to be a one that threatens the planet? I suspect it has been known for some while the threatened state of the planet from natural causes that are worsening, alone...and maybe their is a reality in a detected far-off but hurrying this way celestial object on collision course. I also suspect that some of the alleged creme-de-la-creme and brains are already tucked away up in space ina safe temporary haven to be spared the Is-to-be. Might explain where a lot of 'missing' global money has gone..it's been funding secretive stuff up in space.

there's alot of pointless crap that people are saying on this thread, but i read most of it anyway. people want something specific, but this subject matter is hardly specific.
i have kind of the same feeling of "something big about to happen", why, i don't know. it could be that mankind is getting ready to see "the big picture" whatever it may be.
whatever it is, i feel that we, as a species, are at a fork in the road of time where we can choose to free ourselves for good, or to doom ourselves for good. with technology being what it is, and governments the way they are, this is a good time to just stop and observe. like the old taoist saying, it takes patience to wait for muddy water to settle, but there is no action to be taken until it does.
so my advice is to be as aware as you can, and to help those around you understand what you know. maybe even get yourself some food storage and what not in case the pucky hits the fan. why not? i mean the way this country's going, making more and more enemies in the world, SOMETHING is bound to happen.

As many might think there is a great cover up and conspriracies at work behind the scenes, however the truth couldn't be much different.

What comes to the theories - presented in this thread - yes, they hold some solid ground in this sinking swamp where many are heading and the world will follow till the lights are turned on.

Let me elaborate the playfield that, or rather, which we all are part of:

Sovereign states as they are now will merge with other sovereign states to create bigger 'power blocks' in the area - this of course can be seen as grand master planning by some evil mastermind behind it all, but it is rather more survival instinct that is driving the idea behind it as the plane is rocking around in the economics turbulence (which is mostly caused by ultimate stupidity rather than actual planning) thus needing larger support structure in fear to be collapsed and devoured.

The power blocks that emerge through the nice blue ball we all hangout on have a quite lot 'issues' or rather serious problems when moving towards the final stage in the play which would be unite the whole world as one governance, or should I say, unified governance of earth. However, as the pieces of this nice blue puzzle are coming out the magical puzzle box that decides which piece comes out first by random it causes a quite bit of troublesome events in different parts of the planet.

Most of this is will be caused by natural instinct of people, fear, hopes, wishes and stubbord deternimation and blind belief how the circus should be orchestrated as the fear that creates the oppression against people and false sense of selfimportance that makes most leaders think that they are irreplaceable.

However, many walls will come crumbling down in individual levels for people as they learn a bit more about themselves that might come as shock and some who been surfing across the estrada of events might just either sigh in dissapointment or smile in awe depending on how badle the unifying will be played out - considering that in most ideal sense all sovereign states should have been in the same level in social, economical, cultural and science -wise when it would have been much much easier, however the time is running out - that determines how many year it will take.

But fear not, there be light in the end of the dark, long or short wormhole, that would create a slightly better future for people that they too could get a real glance in the marvelous universe we are all in, but till that day, the humanity itself determinates the painful birth it will be.

And yes, you, too, are part of it.
