When I lose my temper (which is often these days) I end up clawing at my own face and sticking out my tongue. Growling. Yikes. I almost like how it
feels to be this way.
i have similar issues for a couple of years now. i went to a psychiatrist and got me some medication. when these problems occur, i take the medicine.
till today it works ok.
Well you do acknowledge you have a problem so you have not gone too far of the edge yet. It sounds like a habit has formed so it will take some time
and effort to change it, the first step is to decide if you want to change it.
