I came across this not to long ago and it shows the BS going on in the union end of things!link
So a conflict of interest? Or just business as usual?

I am a Tea Partier, and registered Republican, and I say we RECALL all the Republicans that voted for this ridiculous debt ceiling bill! We could also recall all the Republicans and freshman Representatives spending their break over in Israel instead of here drawing up a new plan!

I hope they get their clocks cleaned in Wisconsin, and I hope it spreads! I hope the Tea Party comes out and supports the Democrats that voted against the debt ceiling bill!!

Union leaders are corrupt cheats who could care less about the common worker.
Yes, I went there.

Not all union leaders are corrupt cheats and the ones that are is because of even more corrupt corporations and government. The corporations want you to believe that unions are not only corrupt cheats but that the government cannot do anything about it.

They want you to be an agreeable corporate boot-licker free of charge brainwashed mouthpiece.

It saves on the corporate propaganda bottom line. Its crazy how far the corporate brainwashing has gone.

Oh and unicorn burps are better than republican trailer trash beer farts.

I'm an independent and couldn't agree more. Both parties seem to be falling down on the job.

Especially that part about the vacations in Israel. With all the things going on here, why not get back to your home district and face the music?

Well I can promise you their "slime legislation" will lose in Ohio in November. After that I imagine the people will remember how the railroaded it through the Senate against the will of the people. Serves em right the Koch loving scum.

Now you lost me. Who wants their fat paychecks? Who is taking from whom? Which unions specifically do you hate or just any and all of them?

I hardly believe the Darling/ Pasch race is an indicator of anything other who can spend more money to buy an election.

PAC's for Pasch have outspent Darling 4-1, so if Pasch were to lose, that would be pathetic.

Mother Jones sees things differently.

Final Wis. Recall Poll: GOPers Have the Edge

a new poll shows Republicans with the narrowest of advantages in two key districts

The poll, which was conducted by Public Policy Polling and commissioned by the liberal website Daily Kos, shows GOP Sen. Randy Hopper leading by one percentage point and GOP. Sen. Luther Olsen ahead by three.

Just because you ran into a corrupt union leader doesn't mean that they're all corrupt, hell it doesn't even mean that most of them are corrupt, it only means that the one you ran into was. Labeling all union leaders as corrupt is just a little ad hominem-ish, wouldn't you say?

You see, I was a union leader for over 25 yrs. and I sacrificed more for the workers I represented than you could even imagine. Furthermore, I was re-elected and held the office un-opposed for 6 terms until my retirement in 2005. Needless to say, your statement that all union leaders are corrupt is not only "Pants On Fire" false, it's somewhat offensive. It would be like me saying that all military personnel are brainwashed idiots when I knew full well that only some of them were. How would you like that generalization?

What chance does the individual have to bargain with government (Should we have to "bargain" with what is supposed to be Our Government?) if they won't deal with unions or organized labor.
If they get away with breaking workers contracts what precedent does that set for corporate America?
The middle class is disappearing before our eyes and everyone is ragging on unions.

That's because the media tells them too. The Union is the mortal enemy of any corporation....and since so few people are actually in a union now, it's much easier for people to rag on them.

Unions have little representation in the media. The decline of the middle class and unions go hand in hand...unfortunately many alive today have not been around long enough to see how strong the middle class used to be.

Senators leaving the State did not work.
The banging of drums at our Capitol did not work.
Threats and thuggery by the unions did not work.
The Zombies did not work
The lies did not work.
BBQ diners for votes did not work.
Attempt to hijack the courts did not work.
Disrupting State Fair and Special Olympic ceremonies did not work.
The wasted money on Recounts did not work.
Law suits did not work.
All the union money on negative campaign ads did not work.
Once again, the will of the people has prevailed. The majority of us really do like what Scott Walker is doing.
